We stand by the quality of our products and offer a 6 months warranty from the date of purchase against defects in materials and manufacturing. If your product has any issues within this period, we’ll replace the item at no cost.No refunds will be given.
What's covered:
- Defects in material or manufacturing within 6 months of purchase.
Exclusions from Warranty Coverage:
- Normal wear and tear, including scratches, scuffs, stains, or natural material aging.
- Damage caused by improper care, misuse, neglect, accidents, or abuse.
- Damage to the pop-up card mechanism caused as a result of overloading cards cannot be claimed at all..
How to Make a Warranty Claim:
- To make a claim under the Warranty you must present the product, together with proof of purchase to us via email support@shopzevra.com.au
- If approved, we’ll provide instructions on how to return the item.
Limitation of Liability:
ZEVRA's liability under this warranty is strictly limited to the replacement of products deemed defective due to manufacturing faults. This warranty is provided in lieu of all other warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZEVRA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
